RETURNS/EXCHANGES

As a quaint boutique, we strive to make each purchase a wonderful experience for our customers.  If you are not pleased with your item, you may return it for store credit!

Items are eligible for return if they:

  • Have all tags attached AND have original receipt/invoice
  • Are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were shipped out
  • Returned in-store, Postmarked/shipped within 14 days of purchase date
  • ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.

RETURNS In-store:

Bring the item back to the Ali J showroom within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit, which is issued in the form of a gift card. You can use this card in-store, on an invoice, or online.



RETURNS from Invoice:

Follow the above indicators for return eligibility. Include the original packing slip. Return shipping the responsibility of the customer.

Follow the instructions on the Return Slip provided with your order.

You will be issued a store credit code (sent to you via email) to use on a future purchase.



RETURNS via our EXCLUSIVE ONLINE channel:

Returns: You will be issued a store credit code (sent to you via email) to use on a future purchase.

Exchanges: If you needed a different size, color, etc, use the store credit code to purchase the new item. We can't guarantee stock of variants.

We will issue a store credit code as soon as we receive your return package and process the return. Feel free to give us a heads up via facebook or email to let us know your return is on the way.



Disclaimer:

Please do not attempt to return if an item doesn’t follow these criteria, as our returns department will have to decline the return. Returns will not be accepted with obvious wear and tear, such as make-up stains, deodorant markings, and/or rips and tears to clothing. If an item is received damaged, please please contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can best assist you with this issue.

We suggest you insure your package or create a tracking code through UPS or Fed Ex, as Ali J Boutique is not responsible for packages that get lost en route back to us.

Please note:  Policy is effective as soon as an order is placed online.  Orders cannot be canceled once they are in our system.  If the order has already shipped out, we will be unable to retract the order.
